P-notes are Participatory notes. This can also commonly known as P-notes or PN.

  1. Investment through p-notes is the domestic capital market increases. This is Rs63,288 crore increase till July end.
  2. Participatory notes are overseas derivation instruments required by investors to invest in India securities without having to register. With the SEBI – Securities and Exchange Board of India.
