The Medical Research Council of India (MCII) has suggested sending Tru nat testing equipment to remote areas of the state or the country where laboratories for corona testing are not available.
It is very light in weight so it can be easily carried in any remote area. The Medical Council also approved the use of the device for corona testing in May.
One of the advantages is that the test costs less than the usual PCR test but it requires very expert and trained manpower to test through this device.
