Rupesh Teli of Kudal has won the title of Super Randonier in cycling by completing the distance of 200, 300, 400 and 600 km in the period given from November 2019 to October 2020. He has become the first cyclist in Sindhudurg to get such an honour.
Rupesh Teli made a successful start from Goa on November 10 last year for 200 km. He then attempted a 400km ride on November 30 in Bangalore. But Tith, unfortunately, failed him. But he did not give up. This year, on January 11, he completed the 400 km BRM from Amboli Ghat via Sawantwadi organized by Konkan Randomizer.
He then completed the Konkan Randonier Cycle Ride for 600 km on 28th February. He completed the last 300 km stage for Super Randonier in a ride on October 24 and became the first Super Randonier of Sindhudurg.
