14 metro routes are planned in Mumbai metropolis with a total length of 337 km.
The implementation of these metro routes has started from 2016 and the objective is to complete them in various phases by 2025 to 2026.
Progress of Metro Route 2 A, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7 A and 9
The total length of the path is 180 km.

Once all the Metro routes are operational, more people will be able to travel on the Metro route than the Mumbai Suburban Railway service

By 2031, about 1 crore passengers will benefit from daily metro traveling.
Ambitious Metro Route 2A and Metro Route-7
The main objective is to improve the traffic conditions in the Mumbai metropolis
118 km to Delhi Metro Corporation. Work to update detailed project reports of advanced metro routes in the master plan
Metro Route 2A (Dahisar (East) to D. N. Nagar) – 18.6 km. Length and Metro Route 7
(Dahisar (East) to Andheri (East) 16.5 km length
