The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) meteorological and earth observation satellite EOS 01 was launched. On the date of 7th November 2020.
Aim of ESO 01
The satellite will help in the field of agriculture, forest and disaster management. The Earth observation satellite EOS 01 is based on advanced technology and will continuously monitor the Earth through synthetic aperture radar.
Other Satellites launching
Nine of these satellites are from consumer countries and were launched from the Sriharikota Space Center in Andhra Pradesh via a polar satellite launcher. Consumer satellites include four each from the United States and Luxembourg, and one from Lithuania.
Within just 16 minutes, EOS-01575 was launched into orbit. Its solar wings were immediately activated and a team from the centre took control of it.
With the first developmental flight of a new class of rocket called the Small Satellite Launch Vehicle, ISRO is conducting several missions in space.

The Polar Satellite Launcher is a reliable launcher in the Indian space program and its 51st flight. With today’s flight, India has so far launched 328 foreign satellites from 33 countries.
