Speciality of ‘Rudram-1’

During a test run on Wheeler Island off the coast of Odisha, the Sukhoi fighter jet spotted the Rudram ballistic missile, the first fully Indian-made anti-radiation missile developed by DRDON to the Indian Air Force. The missile will be fitted with the Sukhoi SU-30 Mk1 fighter jet and has the capability to increase or decrease its strike capability as required.
