Download the PostInfo app on mobile via Google Play. When you click on the Request option, the toll-free number of your nearest post office comes up. Pensioners can then contact the nearest post office and request that the postman be sent to your home address for a digital life certificate. The service will be available across the country from November 1st. The facility will be available to retired pensioners from central or state government offices and banks. For this, the post office has given smartphones to the postman. There will also be a biometric machine.
Required documents for certificate
The pensioner is required to state the type of pension, distribution agency, pension payment order, pension account number and mobile number.
