About Pranab Mukharji :

Pranab Mukharji is the 13th President of India. On the date of 25 July 2012. Over five-decade, he served as in the Government and Parliament. He served at different times as Foreign, Defence, Commerce, and Finance Minister. From 1969 he was elected in Rajaya Sabha. Also the two times on the Lower House of the Parliament (Lok Sabha) from 2004. He gave critical decisions of the Government. Administrative reforms, Right to Information, Right to Employment, Food Security, Energy Security, Information Technology, Telecommunication, setting up of UIDAI, and Metro Rail. Political as well as knowledgeable of international relations, financial affairs, and parliamentary process.

Childhood of Pranab Mukharji :

Mukherjee was born in the small village of Mirati in Birbhum District of West Bengal. His father was a freedom fighter. Kamada Kinkar Mukherjee and mother Rajlakshmi. He born on 11 December 1935.

Pranab Mukharji’s Parliamentary Career :

He elected 5 times in Rajya. In the year of 1969, 1975, 1981, 1993, and 1999. Mukharji elected to Lok Sabha in 2004, 2009, up to July 2012. 1996-2004 hews elected as a Leader of House in the Rajya Sabha, Also Member, Business Advisory Committee, Committee on Privileges and Committee on Rules Member, Consultative Committee on External Affairs in the year of 1996-99. He was also Leader of the Lok Sabha from June 2004 to June 2012.

He was died on 31 August 2020.
