A National Recruitment Agency will be set up to conduct examinations for government jobs. Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar while announcing this decision. Once registered with the National Recruitment Agency, youngsters will have to prove their eligibility by taking a single exam. There will be a single Common Eligibility Test. So that the youth do not have to go to various places to take the exam. Candidates can get a chance to go ahead by proving their quality.
What is the new pattern?
1. Candidates who have passed 10th and 12th can appear for the Common Eligibility Test. It will be online and points will be announced immediately.
2. This test will be conducted in 12 languages.
3. The quality list will be valid for three years.
4. The candidate can be re-examined to improve the marks.
5. Candidates selected from the qualifying examination will have to appear for the examination in the second round for that section. This will be the final selection of candidates for recruitment. 6. The eligibility test is used not only for central recruitment but also for state government recruitment, for public undertakings and in the private sector. It can also be for recruitment. 7. Special attention will be given to the rural areas while conducting the qualifying examination and there will be one examination center in each district. At least 1000 centers will be set up. This facility will benefit rural youth, disabled, women. Rural youth can call for help on the contact number. This facility will be available 24 hours a day.
